Reethi Beach Resort has partnered up with local transfer airline Manta Air for seaplane transfer operations to the resort.
The resort’s guests will now get to experience the immense quality of the newest entrant to the Maldivian seaplane market.
The start of Manta Air has brought a fresh new standard of excellence in the domestic aviation industry of the Maldives. Despite its very recent debut into the market, the airline is already a well-recognized name in the industry with a bright future.
Before Covid-19, Manta Air was the first in the world to introduce scheduled flights, publishing monthly schedules.

Making the announcement, Reethi Beach said “As always, you’ll experience mesmerizing views on your way to Reethi Beach and we trust that your journey to reach us will still be the amazing one you’ve always had - if not better.”
Manta Air teams up with Reethi Beach as the resort rolls its sleeves to reopen in November after a brief closure due to COVID-19. Reethi Beach Resort is located in Baa Atoll and can be reached through a scenic 35-minute seaplane flight from Male’ City. Its elegant villas are built from natural materials in a typical Maldivian style, providing comfort in a simple yet contemporary setting.
There are five restaurants and five bars, poolside and beachfront. Facilities include a PADI 5-star dive center, a spa & wellness retreat, a water sports center, a sports complex and a wide variety of group or private excursions have been carefully selected to explore the untouched beauty of Baa Atoll and the rich culture of its inhabitants.
