Emerald Maldives has debuted a restaurant, the likes of which have never before been seen in the Maldives.

Introducing Central and South American cuisines to the Maldives, the resort's Amazònico Restaurant is focused on creating the perfect fusion of flavors and tastes, in an atmosphere that would captivate guests as if they were in the middle of a tropical rainforest.

Prepared in an open kitchen, the dishes offered at the Amazònico are a mix of spices and seasoning setting it apart from the usual smorgasbord of cuisines available in Maldives.

Some of the most attention-grabbing items on the menu include the restaurant's specialty Beef meat with various cuts. The most requested and best cuts are Picanha and some types of Wagyu beef such as Tomahawk, Striploin, and Tajima. The barbecue section of the restaurant often steals the limelight with it's classic grill and skewer section often popular with guests.
