Siyam World Maldives has been pushing boundaries and creating new benchmarks for the industry ever since it first opened.

The island resort, which is at best a game-changer, is home to the first and largest horse ranch in the Maldives, which just welcomed three new members to its local equine family. Three mixed-breed ponies named Cherry, Rose, and Honey will be joining the lovely mares and strong stallions to provide the young visitors with a special horse journey.

Pony rides at sunrise and dusk against the stunning backdrop of the Indian Ocean are now available to young tourists between the ages of 4 and 11 at Siyam World. The three has now been recorded in history as the first ponies ever to be accepted to a Maldivian resort after the Ministry of Fisheries, Marine Resources & Agriculture of the Maldives undertook a thorough approval process prior to their entrance into the flock.

In order to make sure that these gorgeous creatures are properly acclimated to island life and are able to accept the fully furnished ranch as their new home, a committed team of skilled hostlers and veterinarians have gone above and beyond. The entire crew will be under the supervision of a professionally trained equestrian veterinarian who has moved into the resort permanently, ensuring that no precaution has been made to ensure the well-being, comfort, and safety of this wonderful family of Indian horses in the archipelago.

Siyam World is one of the largest island resorts to appear in the Maldives' resort environment, with a sizeable 54 hectares. Siyam World has meticulously planned and built a spectacular 16,000 sqm horse ranch on the island that is 25% larger than the renowned Aintree Racecourse in the UK due to the island's wealth of space.

The ranch is furnished with a number of modern amenities, such as designated stabling, luxurious stalls, conveniently stocked feed and tack rooms, as well as cool water troughs. The fully furnished area also includes wide-fenced paddock areas, specialized buildings for hay and bedding storage, and a cutting-edge veterinary facility. Additionally, routine Ministry inspections will add a further level of continuing independent control of the animals' well-being.

“At Siyam World, we strive to provide an inviting and professional atmosphere while maintaining the charm that comes with our unique location. We are delighted to offer an exceptional experience for both equine enthusiasts and nature lovers alike.” Sun Siyam World’s resort manager, Ausy Waseem said about the new offers.
