Vikram Singh has been appointed as the new reservations manager at the opulent private hideaway, Hideaway Beach Resort & Spa.
Vikram, an Indian native, has experience in a variety of hospitality-related professions and is well-known for his great customer service abilities and keen attention to detail. He is a valuable member of the resort staff because he is especially committed to making sure that each visitor has a pleasant and enjoyable stay.
After completing his hotel management degree at one of India's most famous private hotel management colleges, Vikram worked for Marriott International where he received valuable on-the-job training. His career was given many opportunities thanks to placements from reputable companies like Oberoi and IHHR Hospitality, which ultimately brought him to the front desk. Vikram was in charge of all duties at the front desk, including those of the airport representative, business centre, and concierge.
Vikram worked as the Cluster Reservations Advisor and Travel Consultant for the Coco Collection before joining Hideaway Beach, especially for the upscale Coco Privé hotel. Vikram's duties during this assignment included making bookings and making pre-arrival preparations for a small set of VIP visitors, including officials, Hollywood celebrities, and national leaders. Prior to joining Coco, he worked as the Cluster Reservations Supervisor for Minor Hotels' five hotels and then was elevated to manager of the same position.
Vikram adheres firmly to his personal maxim, "good is not good enough," as he assumes his new position as Hideaway Beach's Reservations Manager. Vikram has established a reputation for giving guests, including famous ones, individualized and unforgettable experiences in the Maldives thanks to his unwavering dedication to excellence.
