Arosha Pananwala has been named the new General Manager of Amaya Kuda Rah, a resort in South Ari Atoll, the epicenter of the world's best diving spots. In his new position, Arosha will be responsible for managing all aspects of Amaya Kuda Rah's business. Throughout his tenure, customers can anticipate him to provide a wide range of new exquisite experiences.
Arosha, a professional with a keen eye for detail, first established himself in the hospitality sector in 1991. Since then, he has developed a reputable career in the scene while working in well-known industrial divisions and gaining a variety of skills and expertise. Arosha briefly worked for Cinnamon Island Alidhoo Maldives, where the company recognized his exceptional abilities right away. This led to him being offered the role of General Manager at Cinnamon Lodge Habarana in his native Sri Lanka, luring him home.
Arosha later made a second trip to the Maldives to resume his previous position at Cinnamon Hakuraa Huraa, a Maldivian resort. Arosha made a significant contribution to the Cinnamon hotel's reputation for excellence and played a crucial role in driving the resort's present profitability thanks to his proven ability to manage projects effectively and lead others.
He now accepts a new challenge by taking over as General Manager of the prestigious Amaya Kuda Rah resort in the South Ari Atoll. Arosha will work to improve tourist experiences and offer top-notch services in line with Amaya Resorts & Spas' brand vision with the aid of his vast experience and incisive knowledge.
