The majority of Chef Mauro's childhood was spent working at his uncle's restaurant in the northern Italian city of Busto Arisizio. His work in Milan, which was followed by projects in Munich and, most recently, Moscow with the Canetinetta Antinori restaurant, which has been operating for ten years, were major contributors to his success.
Chef Mauro will provide a meet-and-greet, a fish dinner experience, and a Russian Orthodox trademark meal experience during the pop-up. Don't pass up the opportunity to indulge in Chef Mauro's polished simplicity and enthusiasm for novel experiences.
