With a variety of attractions, Centara Grand Island Resort has planned a season of "Ritz and Glitz". Family vacationers will love Centara Grand Island Resort and Spa Maldives, which is situated in South Ari Atoll as it offers a variety of amenities, including tennis, six restaurants, bars, and lounges, Family Overwater Villas with bunk beds and PlayStations, Spa Cenvaree, and more.
On December 22, the Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony will serve canapes as the official start to the festivities. The festivities will continue through January 6, 2023. Santa's arrival, gala dinners, a lunch with a Christmas theme, funk-house DJ parties, beach parties, and more are among the holiday's highlights. Renowned Thai musicians will perform at a "Ritzy-Glitzy Affair Gala Dinner" with a Great Gatsby theme on the final day of the year. Families can gather together for a "Rise and Shine" New Year's Day breakfast and a "Gastronomical Holiday Lunch" on January 1st to welcome in 2023. An Orthodox Christmas buffet will be prepared on January 6th. Camp Safari will present a variety of entertaining events throughout the season to keep the kids entertained, such as Christmas craft classes, Santa visits, kids' discos, and special meals.
The North Male' Atoll is home to the adults-only island of Centara Ras Fushi Resort. The resort has a Spa Cenvaree, beachfront and overwater villas, seven restaurants, and more. Ten days of celebrations will be held at the resort, including daily "Tai Chi," "Yogalates," and "Tranquility and Meditation" classes in addition to nightly "Cuban Duo Beats" performances.
The "Christmas Tree Lighting" ceremony takes place on December 22, followed by Santa's arrival on December 24. There will be a variety of traditional and "East meets West" flavors served at a Christmas Eve gala dinner. Throughout their stay, visitors can savor gastronomic treats including "Masterchef Culinary Secrets" on December 26 and a "Seafood Barbecue" on December 27. A "New Year's Eve Gala Dinner" will feature international food, cultural performances, traditional bodu beru drumming, and Cuban sounds to ring in the new year of 2023.
