Nazleen, a native of Addu, Maldives' southernmost atoll, joins the team with an impressive background in hospitality, having worked in the field for almost 20 years. He is dedicated to providing top-notch services and enhancing the guest experience through his extensive experience in a variety of resort operations departments, including Housekeeping and Front Office.
Nazleen, who originally began his career in IT, bravely decided to make the switch to tourism when he recognized the destination's potential decades ago. As a result, he started out in the industry in a lower-level post; a villa attendant. Presently, he is a confident leader who takes pride in his work and is always willing to help his coworkers in different departments. Additionally, Nazleen is a creative thinker who is constantly looking for new ways to improve and build priceless moments for visitors while they are there.
Nazleen is a well-known hotelier in the Maldivian tourism industry. He is a team player who recognizes the contributions of his employees and puts them in the spotlight, making him the ideal example of real leadership. Owing to his training in 'Lead by Example', Nazleen believes that the respected leaders he has encountered during his career and who have helped to positively shape him into the highly sought-after hotelier he is today are to thank for the success of his hospitality profession.
