Two more airlines have started flying to the Maldives this week.
On Saturday, Kazakh flag carrier Air Astana commenced direct flights to Maldives from Almaty, while Seychellois flag carrier Air Seychelles will be serving Maldives from Johanessburg, South Africa.
Air Astana will be flying twice weekly, and Air Seychelles will operate once a week.
Right now, Maldives is linked directly with over 18 cities worldwide, including Colombo, New Delhi, Dhaka, Mumbai, Dubai, Doha, Abu Dhabi, London, Vienna, Frankfurt, Moscow, Istanbul and Singapore.
