To enter Maldives, tourists are required to submit a negative PCR test not preceeding 96 hours. In addition to this, travelers will have to undergo a rapid PCR test at gate at the Doha Hamad International Airport before boarding--they can board upon receiving a negative test result in 15 minutes.

On arrival to Maldives, guests are not required to undergo another test or quarantine. However, upon arrival back to Qatar, they must undergo a rapid PCR and will not require quarantining if a negative result is received.

Qatar Airways Holidays say that all staff in the selected resorts are regularly tested for COVID-19 too.

The Government of Qatar upgraded Maldives to its list of low-risk countries last October--meaning that people returning from Maldives will have to undergo just a week of home-quarantine, opposed to the two-week quarantine mandared for countries not included.
